Heal & Grow Nashville was born from my own transplant journey. As a massive heart attack survivor and a heart transplant recipient, I understand how life changing this experience can be. Along the way, I learned that emotional support and human connection are essential parts of healing.

Through transplant support communities, I met incredible people who understood the journey. Those connections inspired me to create a welcoming local space for transplant recipients, people awaiting transplant, caregivers, and families to share experiences, find resources, and encourage one another; before, during, and after transplant.

I founded Heal & Grow Nashville on hope, compassion, and the belief that healing happens best in community. No one should have to walk the transplant journey alone. Together, we can heal and grow.
